These discs work well however it seems to cause me to have an upset stomach if used every night so I only use them 3 to 4 times weekly and only 1 disc.

Compact size , adheres to gum for sleeping, no fear of choking, pleasant taste , relieves dry mouth till morning , cost reasonable

I tried both flavors but like the mint flavored ones the best because they also help keep my breath fresh during the day at work
