How We Determine Rates
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of the merchandise in your order. Not subject to special offers. Charges are calculated before taxes. All orders are subject to verification. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

Delivery
Packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that USPS delivery times will be slower than expected during the peak holiday season from October through December. During the remainder of the year: Orders sent via Standard shipping typically arrive within 4-7 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Orders sent via Priority shipping typically arrive within 3-4 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Orders sent via USPS may have additional options available for Signature Required and Insured shipping. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Business Days
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

Processing Time
Orders received by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) between Monday and Thursday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Friday through Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday.

Backordered Items
If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

Price Match Policy
We do our best to make our prices competitive, however, we understand that from time to time other stores may have better prices. We value our customers and want to make sure we fulfill your needs - our Price Match Policy ensures we won't be beat on price. We'll match the product prices of key online and local competitors.

To qualify for this policy, a competitors product should be in stock and identical (i.e. matching brand, model number, condition, color, etc). Prices must be inclusive of shipping (if any) and cannot include membership/special discounts or rebates. Simply contact us and let us know the store, product, url and price (including shipping). Price matching can be applied to items prior to purchase or purchased within the last 14 days.

Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Generally we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any reason. After 14 days, you may return items as long as they meet the following conditions: You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders, please contact customer support for further assistance.

Some items cannot be returned for a refund: Some special handling, scheduled delivery, and clearance items are final sale. These items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

Many items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer defect. When you receive your order, please check to make sure items are in good condition. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging only and at our discretion. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded.

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Support immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Support Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Support Specialist.

Special Offers & Promotions:
If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.

Return Shipping and Processing:
If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

All returned items are susceptible to postage fees and/or restocking fees at our sole discretion. Once we receive your return, we will review the item and determine at our discretion if an issuance of credit or refund is to be applied. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
